Your e-mail is very important to me and it will be answered in a timely manner. Keep in mind that like you, I do not work all the time but I will answer as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours.
Your phone calls are also very important to me. If you call and you get the answering machine leave a message and I will return your call. As a one man shop sometimes it is difficult to always be able to answer phone calls due to machine noise or just being gone working on jobs out of the shop.
